We have reduced the cancellation charges and will work within all relevant UK and French law to ensure that we look after our guests with future situations and scenarios.

Covid Practices

Since the beginning of the summer, the alps has been open and operating, albeit with a few new social distancing measures. The lifts, golf course and even the spa's were all open for business. It was busy with people enjoying getting out to the mountains and using private chalets and apartments for their families and groups.

Some of the other new policies implemented in the ski resorts;

  • Extensive cleaning practises within properties, restaurants and ski lifts
  • Social distanced staff accommodation and work practises
  • Transfer vans cleaned internally between each group and drivers with masks and hand gel
  • We carbon balance (offset) all transfers going forward
  • We are ensuring that all welcomes and departures are conducted with a socially distanced manner.

We have worked hard to look after everyone as best we can and continue to support guests with their ongoing claims and future trips.
